How often are new tools available?

We try to release a new tool to the membership area each month.
How often they are released and added is mainly dependent on our current workload.

What is in the free trial?

The FREE Trial is a 3 day period during which you can have access to many of the tools, features and functions of the site for review/preview purposes.

Currently, you can preview the following tools features and functions of the site:

1. Headlines
2. Buy Now Boxes
3. Belcher Boxes
4. Guarantees
5. Word Press Headers
6. eCovers
7. eCover (flat file) design tools
8. Your own personal gallery for each graphic type that contains all your created graphics for that graphic type.

All graphics generated on the free trial contain a preview water mark.

Can you build cstom tools or take requests?

Yes, as long as you have a current, paid up membership we can build a custom graphic set based off your PhotoShop PSD file and will make it available and free to use in the members area.

You will also get a month free membership in return.

To submit a custom generator tool request, simply email your PSD file (or a link to it, if too large) and place the words “custom request” in the subject line of the email and send it to: support@webgraphicspro.com

Turn around time can be upto 5-10 business days.

I signed up for an account, but can’t access the site

All payments, subscriptions and transactions are processed through PayPal.
This is handled through the PayPal IPN system to verify and automatically activate accounts and site access.

Sometimes there are delays in communication between our site and the PayPal IPN verification system.
This can result for a variety of reasons.

Should this happen, simply go to our support ticket system and submit a support ticket and our support team will look into it and manually resolve the issue for you (if needed).

How do I contact support?

To contact our support team simply go to our support ticket system and submit a support ticket and our support team will look into it and resolve any support or technical issue you may experience.
